About the Role:
You’ll be an integral part of a dynamic payroll function, supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple states and territories.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities and locations
- Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with EBAs and modern awards
- Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Processing and reconciling superannuation, long service leave and child support
- Assisting with monthly ATO reporting, banking and EOFY processes
- Updating MyGov employee records and supporting Single Touch Payroll (STP) compliance
What You Bring:
- Experience in a high-volume, national payroll function
- A strong understanding of award interpretation, ideally within building or construction
- High attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency with Sage Micropay or similar payroll systems
- Experience with STP and ATO reporting processes
- A positive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
