With a portfolio of quality clients to manage, your role will be diverse and include:

  • Achieving sales and profit targets through professionally executing sales strategies and excellent client management activities
  • Identifying trends and opportunities to introduce new products and services that take advantage of inhouse manufacturing facilities and expertise
  • Drive business to expand the client base by collaborating on proposals and quotations
  • Liaising with developmental highly experienced formulation chemists and production team members to develop critical plans to deliver product improvements across your client base
  • Maintaining accurate information on customer orders and updates through effective use of ERP systems
  • Contributing to company performance through collaboration in promotional activities, market intelligence and customer feedback initiatives.

The successful candidate will: 

  • Have prior sales experience in FMCG / Contract Manufacturing sector
  • Possess high levels of energy, determination and professional expertise in a client focused environment
  • Demonstrate strong account management skills, partnering with clients to deliver excellence in both products and services
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, backed by numerical ability and strong commercial instincts
  • Show the capacity to adapt to changing needs and proficiency with computer / CRM systems
  • Be outcome orientated and display great team working skills
